As always, we need people to help in the kitchen every morning from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. If you can chop vegetables, make sandwiches and bag lunches – WE NEED YOU! If you can’t come the whole morning, please come for an hour.

How old do you need to be to volunteer? Do you need a food license? Also I am in high school and in the FFA I have decided this year for my project I was going to work on trying to get mc. Donald’s to Donate the food that they through away. Everything , for example hamburgers have a date. They do not expire on that date but it is illegal to sell them after that date – could your organization accept food from them and would you ? I am looking for some different communities that have shelters that help the homeless. I figure if I can convince mc . Donald’s them they could donate the food to help the homeless – also if it all works out mc. Donald’s may want to put on social media that they help the homeless by donating food. Would that be ok with you ? We would use your name and it would be sponsoring your group and maybe bring in some donations. Not positive this will work out , mc. Donald’s might want nothing to with me but I’m planning so I can go in with a set plan. Let me know if I can add you to my list of possibilities!
